We filmed an episode of YRMC’s Your Healthy Kitchen a few years ago devoted entirely to water and drinking more of it in creative, nourishing ways. Creating that show inspired me to love up my water with colorful fruit and herbs, creating pretty, infused beverages.

Here are a few of my favorite combinations: Orange slices with mint, dill, or rosemary; Frozen blackberries with sage and slices of lemon; Orange and strawberry slices with dill or mint; Peeled cucumber with lemon and mint.
