Your Path to Greater Health and Wellness Starts Here

With Personalized Counseling, Intuitive Eating, Mind Body Nutrition Strategies, and a Gentle, Integrative Approach

WiseBody Nutrition is Unique

In a world where chronic illness is often treated with Band-Aid therapies, and where weight can be treated as a disease, I use decades of clinical experience, eating psychology, mindfulness, and intuitive eating strategies to help people with chronic health and lifelong dieting struggles find their way to greater wellness.

I work with individuals with diabetes and pre-diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, chronic pain, fatigue, and digestive issues as well as people who are simply tired of chronic dieting and yo-yo weight changes.

I help people with chronic illness get to a place of greater health and wellness, get off some or all of their meds, and help those at risk prevent chronic disease altogether.

My approach is gentle and integrative, as I take the time to listen, get to know my clients, and find sustainable solutions that truly work for them, for a lifetime.

“We need to stop fighting food and start embracing it. We need to stop punishing our bodies and start providing for them. We need to slow down and enjoy and then we’ll get the results we’ve been looking for—and sooner than we expect.”
